Monitoring of public services is conducted on a daily basis, focusing on courts, health and education in 18 Kosovo municipalities. Specialized monitors are, on a daily basis, monitoring the performance of these public services in 18 municipalities, namely: Prishtine, Peje\/Pec, Prizren, Gjilan, Mitrovice, Ferizaj\/Urosevac, Gjakove, De\u00e7an, Vushtrri, Podujeve, Lipjan, Kline, Istog, Suhareke, Malisheve, Drenas\/Gllogovac, Skenderaj and Rahovec.
