During June 2021, Internews Kosova held two trainings with the Customs Investigation Department in order to develop their skills in public speaking and communication as part of the “KALLXO.com – The Anti-corruption platform /Crowdsourcing Citizen Engagement to Report and Fight Corruption ” project funded by UNDP.

The first individual training was held on June 24 with Driton Azemi, the Head of the Investigation Unit at Kosovo Customs.

While the second individual training was held on June 30 with Ilir Asllani, Chief of Customs Intelligence and Senad Getahovic from the Kosovo Customs Investigation Unit.

The “on-the-job training sessions lasted for 4 hours each in which participants had the opportunity to learn more about the tools of public speaking and communication.

Moreover, the main goal of these trainings is to improve the presence of investigators on the media and in reforming their overall public relations.

During the upcoming months, Internews Kosova will broadcast these trainings as part of the “Prosecution” TV program.
