Monitoring of Public Services – Internews Kosova in partnership with Balkan Investigative Reporting Netowrk have been implementing a program of monitoring public services since 2008. Monitoring of public services is conducted on a daily basis, focusing on courts, health and education in 18 Kosovo municipalities. Specialized monitors are, on a daily basis, monitoring the performance of these public services in 18 municipalities, namely: Prishtine, Peje/Pec, Prizren, Gjilan, Mitrovice, Ferizaj/Urosevac, Gjakove, Deçan, Vushtrri, Podujeve, Lipjan, Kline, Istog, Suhareke, Malisheve, Drenas/Gllogovac, Skenderaj and Rahovec. By the end of each year of monitoring public services, Internews Kosova and BIRN, have published analytical reports involving in-depth research focusing on education, health and courts.
