Ertë Rashiti is a 23 year old who is completing her studies in Political Science at the University of Prishtina, Hasan Prishtina. Ertë started working at the age of 19 in local NGOs as a coordinator and project assistant. Before this, she volunteered in NGOs and youth festivals. As a high school student, she also participated in various training sessions on social and political topics.

At the age of 18, Erta managed her first social-themed project under the UNICEF Programme Kosovo’s PODIUM program. Her contribution in the NGO sector has been significant, even during her studies, with a two-year job at Sbunker and then at the IPKO Foundation.

Most recently, she joined the Internews Kosovo team as a project assistant.
